However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item that you ordered upon arrival (There is no need to call first.): Simply place the item back in its original or another suitable shipping carton and return with a brief description of problem. Upon receipt we will issue immediate credit. If the item is returned due to an error made by us we will gladly refund the ground shipping cost. Fees and shipping charges billed by packaging services will not be reimbursed. CODs will not be accepted. Please include your full name and copy of the original packing list in with your return.
